DescriptionDescription  An almond and milk sweet with a hint of saffron. To be eaten in small doses.
InstructionsInstructions  Soak the saffron strands in boiling water in a microwave-safe Corning bowl and when the water is a rich golden colour, add cream, condensed milk, milk powder, cardamon and almond meal. Mix until the ingredients are perfectly blended. Place in microwave and bake on high for 3 minutes. Check, stir and cook for 2 minutes. If the ingredients have solidified, place them in a flat bottomed tray. Cover with cling wrap and flatten gently with your hand. Cool on a bench top and then chill in the fridge overnight without any covering. This will dry the top but leave the inside moist. Cut into cubes with a knife and enjoy!
NotesNotes  Should be eaten within a week if refrigerated; finish sooner if left at room temperature.
